Torneoz

Terms of use

Last updated: 2 November 2026

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Areeb Khan ("we", "us"), who runs Torneoz. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Torneoz.

How we handle your personal data is explained in our privacy policy: torneoz.co.uk/privacy

2. The app

Torneoz is a free app for organising football tournaments. Organisers create tournaments, team managers enter teams and players follow fixtures, results and tables.

Torneoz does not take payments. Any entry fee or prize shown on a tournament is set by the organiser and dealt with between you and them outside the app. We are not part of that arrangement and we do not run or check any tournament.

3. Your account

4. Acceptable use

When you use Torneoz you must not:

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you add to Torneoz, such as tournament details, team names, logos, posters and results ("your content"). You give us permission to store, copy and show your content in the app so Torneoz works for the people taking part. This permission ends when your content is removed, except for results and stats that stay in tournament records as explained in the privacy policy.

You are responsible for your content and you confirm you have the right to post it.

6. Reporting and removing content

7. Ending your account

8. No warranty

Torneoz is free and provided "as is". We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available, free of faults or that information added by other users (such as dates, venues, fixtures or results) is correct. Always check important details with the organiser.

9. Our liability

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, if the change is significant, tell you in the app or by email. If you keep using Torneoz after a change, the new terms apply.

11. Apple

If you downloaded Torneoz from the App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple's standard licence terms for apps also apply.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute goes to the courts of England and Wales, but if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
